If this sounds familiar

You’ve tried planners, apps and goal-setting before. They worked for a week, maybe two. Then life got busy, the plan stopped, and you wondered what was wrong with you. Nothing is. Most goal-setting is built for steady energy and attention. This programme is built for the way your brain works: emotion, interest and momentum.

What you'll leave with

By the end of the two days you'll have

  • A Dream vision for your life, written in your own words
  • Two or three core values (Cornerstones) that keep it meaningful
  • A picture of your character strengths, and the patterns that trip you up
  • Small actions that fit your real week, already in your calendar
  • A ten-minute weekly check-in to keep things moving
  • A plan for getting back on track when a week goes wrong
  •

How it works

How the two days work

Both days run 10:00 to about 16:10 UK time, with regular breaks and a 45-minute lunch. Time is split into short chunks: a few minutes of explanation, then a hands-on exercise on your own, in pairs or in a small group. You can keep your camera off, move around and take a break whenever you need to.

Day 1: Your Dream and your strengths

Your vision, what matters most to you, and what you’re naturally good at.

Day 2: Making it stick

Small actions, the weekly check-in, and what to do when a Saboteur shows up.

Group vs 1:1

Group programme or 1:1 coaching?

This group programme

Learn the whole framework in two days, with peers. A good start if you want to try the approach and get going on your own.

1:1 coaching

Weekly sessions over several months, tailored to your life, with someone keeping you accountable as you go.

Many people do both. If you move on to 1:1 coaching, £100 of your group fee comes off Stage 2: Framework in Action.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Two full days sounds a lot. Will I cope?

Each day is broken into short pieces with regular breaks, and most of the time you’re doing rather than listening. Cameras off and moving around are fine.

Do I need a diagnosis?

“No. The programme is for anyone who identifies with ADHD traits.” If you suspect ADHD, speaking to your GP is a good parallel step.

Will I have to share personal things with the group?

Only what you’re comfortable with. You can always pass. What’s said in the group stays in the group.

Will it be recorded?

See the licencing policy

Is this therapy?

No. It’s coaching: practical and forward-looking. It works alongside medical or therapeutic support, and doesn’t replace it.

Do I get a CPD certificate?

No. This programme is for personal development. Professionals who need CPD should see the practitioner workshop.
