In this session I will answer relevant questions in order for you to decide if ADHD coaching is for you and if you feel you want to work with me. Building a trusting relationship with your coach is vital and we don’t always find the right person first time around.
The conversation is usually in two parts, firstly I will ask you some questions about your self and why you have chosen ADHD coaching, and what you would like to gain from coaching.

We will discuss our availability and programme cost. If you are seeking coaching to support your current employment then there are Access to Work (ATW) grants available.

We will complete an extensive Self Assessment Programme
Self Assessments are notDiagnosis. However you can complete a reasonably accurate self assessment based on popular diagnosis questionnaire frameworks.
If you are starting out on your ADHD journey you can complete this short Assessment before you get in contact.
When we start our work together we will complete an extensive self assessment programme. This programme will comprise of:
An Extensive ADHD self assessment,
An in-depth behavioural assessment that focus on your communication focus,
An in-depth behavioural assessment focusing on personality strengths,
An Emotional Wellbeing assessment,
and an Lifestyle Wellbeing assessment.
These self assessments can inform your ADHD understanding and guide your personal development through coaching.
12 Week Coaching Programme
Specially designed 12 week programme
This 12 week programme is split into two six week sessions for ease and progress. The programme is person cantered and bespoke to your coaching experience. With our 12 week programme booklet you will have a practical resource to make notes of actions you wish to work on to support your goals.
Each week you will have an opportunity to discuss an issue you wish to resolve. Together with your coach you will explore possible actions for the upcoming week to, better understand the issue or to better deal with issues.
Topics of discussion can range from personal growth, relationship issues professional development, career development, and many more.
Each session will have an opportunity to reflect on work already done with a focus on success and difficulties in achieving them. With time to discuss new topics and exploration of new strategies.
